Wauneta Care and Therapy offers care under your physician's orders, therapy supervised by a licensed therapist, and licensed supervised nursing care twenty-four hours a day.

5310 TRANSIT PROGRAM
Wauneta Care and Therapy Center is proud to partner with the NDOT 5310 Transit Program. This program allows our facility to purchase handicap accessible vans to safely transport our residents and staff. Through this program, we must meet specific criteria to remail eligible for the transit grant. Below you will find important information regarding the Title VI Notice and ADA policies and procedures.
